Manager - Human Resources

The Manager Human Resources position is responsible to maintain and enhance the organisation's human resources by developing policies and directing and coordinating human resource activities, such as employment, compensation, labour relations, benefits, training, and employee service for Assetline Group.

  • Preference: Female Candidate
  • Desired Qualifications: Possess a degree or a professional qualification from a recognised university or a professional institute. Qualification relevant to respective working purview would be an added advantage
  • Experience: Candidate should possess 9-10 years' work experience in a similar capacity
  • Age: below 45 years
  • Reporting Line: Considering the scope of duties the Manager Human Resources, the primary reporting line would be to the Chief Executive Officer

Core Operational Requirements:

  • Maintain pay & benefit plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; recommending; planning, and implementing pay structure revisions
  • Maintain organisation staff requirement by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counselling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analysing exit interviews; recommending changes
  • Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource statutory requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organisation at hearings, attend to disciplinary inquiries
  • Ensure planning, monitoring, of employee performance appraisal process
  • Ensure the training & development plan is executed for employees through identification of training and development requirements in coordination with respective divisional heads
  • Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resources policies and procedures
  • Support Board of Directors by providing necessary reports with regards to payroll, PMS, HRIS and other related disciplines
