Marketing Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individuals with the right skills and attitude who could:

• Develop new marketing strategies and add strength to the Sales Team to achieve annual budget sales targets effectively,
• Seek out and target new customers and new sales opportunities, initiates action plan to approach and secure new business for the Company
• Establish performance goals for all sales staff, and monitor performance on a continuous basis,
• Coordinate sales operations with all other departments / divisions of the Company,
• Develop and/or maintain and improve business relations with all customers of the Company
• Be responsible for all Trade Accounts Receivables
• Get involved in Strategic Planning & Budgeting

Candidate Criteria:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales & Marketing. (The Candidate should possess minimum 4 years experience in senior management level with a proven track record in the Sales & Marketing field in the IT industry, especially in selling system integration solutions)
• Professional / Academic qualification in IT is essential
• Competency to drive the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets and develop strategies
• Leadership skills
• Smart, Energetic and a good Team Player
• Excellent oral and written communication in English
