Customer Relations Executive / Coordinator

The ideal candidate should be a result oriented, dynamic and self-motivated professional to join and become a part of our Global Team with a passion to succeed.

Job Overview:

  • Plan regular coordination with the customers
  • Courtesy visits with customers
  • Conduct customer surveys
  • Support on maintenance agreement preparations and legal coordination
  • Coordination with project team on project support transfer
  • Manage invoicing life cycle (invoicing, communication, payment collection)
  • Manage issue tracking system (monitor daily issue tracking system operations, provide management reports on operations and maintain the system)

Qualification & Experience:

  • Higher Diploma / Diploma in Information Technology / Computer Science
  • Minimum of 1-2 years' of experience in a similar capacity
  • Good verbal, written communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • A candidate with a can do attitude
