Customer Relations Executive / Coordinator
The ideal candidate should be a result oriented, dynamic and self-motivated professional to join and become a part of our Global Team with a passion to succeed.
Job Overview:
- Plan regular coordination with the customers
- Courtesy visits with customers
- Conduct customer surveys
- Support on maintenance agreement preparations and legal coordination
- Coordination with project team on project support transfer
- Manage invoicing life cycle (invoicing, communication, payment collection)
- Manage issue tracking system (monitor daily issue tracking system operations, provide management reports on operations and maintain the system)
Qualification & Experience:
- Higher Diploma / Diploma in Information Technology / Computer Science
- Minimum of 1-2 years' of experience in a similar capacity
- Good verbal, written communication skills and interpersonal skills
- A candidate with a can do attitude
