Call Centre Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer calls and respond to emails
- Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email
- Manage and resolve customer complaints
- Provide customers with product and service information
- Follow up customer calls when necessary
Pre-requisites and Key Attributes:
- Should have passed G.C.E. A/L
- Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala or Tamil with strong Customer service orientation
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role, preferably in a Bank
- Age below 27 years
- Should be able to work on roster basis
