We are looking for a Customer Care Executive, to join our dynamic team.

Customer Care Executive

Job Profile:

  • Responsible for managing sales and attending to walk in customers queries
  • Responsible for handling outbound communications
  • Escalate matters to relevant stakeholders and resolve them as per the agreed standards
  • Handle customer details diligently while processing same

Candidates Profile:

  • Successfully completed Advanced Level examination, or equivalent higher education from a recognised institute
  • Should be between the ages of 18-25
  • Computer literacy is a must
