Human Resources Manager

As the Human Resources Manager you will be responsible for all functional operations of HR Including Human Resources Planning, Recruitment, Training and Development, Compensation, Performance Management, Welfare, Industrial Relations etc.

Requirements:

• Possess a Degree / equivalent professional qualification in the field of Human Resources Management from a recognised institution
• Minimum 6-8 years of experience in the field of Human Resources Management out of which 3 years' experience should be in a similar capacity
• Strong Leadership and Interpersonal skills with excellent communication ability

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic direction for the HR function to align with the organisational goals
• Maintain compliance on HR processes and procedures as per Standard operational procedures
• Identify training requirements of employees and organise training programmes in order to enhance the competency levels of employees
• Administration of the Performance Management system to ensure employees performance is assessed and rewarded in a timely and fairly manner
• Prepare budgets and maintain cost effectiveness in all HR functions
• Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable Human resource statutory requirements
