Customer Service Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer calls, inquiries and ensure customers booking, traces are actioned as per network standards
  • Provide a competent, efficient and protective point of contact for customers both internal and external
  • Build trust and develop relationship with customers and internal products

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala
  • Passed G.C.E. A/L
  • Excellent Computer Literacy
  • Experience in customer service and / or freight forwarding / logistics would be a distinct advantage
