IT Assistant (For Our Polonnaruwa Plant)
Candidates should be exceptional individuals with high motivational, excellent analytical and communication skills and ability to work as part of a team with the determination to succeed in a challenging environment.
Key Role:
- Supporting & Maintaining IT systems & Network infrastructure (Microsoft Server 2008 Domain Network)
- Managing ERP System. (Tops ERP System)
- Managing & Maintaining IT related fixed assets.
- Managing & Maintaining CCTV Cameras and Finger Print Machine
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma in Computer Hardware & Networking / Software Engineering including Microsoft Office Packages, Windows 7 , XP, Windows Server 2008 and Active Directory.
- Minimum One (01) year hands-on experience in computer Hardware & Software troubleshooting & Installing.
- Good problem solving skills and strong technical skills across a variety of products.
- Working knowledge in TCP/IP, Backup/Restoration, Wireless Access & Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point etc.)
- Experience in installation, Configuration and servicing of CCTV cameras and Finger Print Machine
- Preferred age: Between 22 - 30 years.
