Internal Auditor

We urgently require dynamic, experienced individuals to join our QA & Compliance Team to strengthen our quality of service.  As the Internal Auditor, you will work in an ISO 20000 certified environment and

Primary tasks would include:

• Audit of the Network Operation Centre
• Accurate information, timely reporting of non-compliance information relating to service delivery processes
• Establish and maintain proper inter-relationships and cooperation between the external auditor and the internal process owners
• Continuous improvement of service delivery processes under the ITIL framework are some of the most important aspects of the job
• Managing and developing key process data, audit reports, trends, dashboards etc. for management decision making purposes 
• Be a member of our service improvement team to coordinate continuous quality improvement plans and to guide and ensure accountability to processes.

Qualifications & Experience required:

• G.C.E. Advanced level
• Excellent communication and writing skills in the English language
• Work experience in Process Handling & Project Management skills will be an added   advantage.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Excellent analytical skills 
• Minimum ITIL –V3 Foundation certification will also be an added qualification
• Age below 30 years
