Business Analyst

Accountabilities:
You will be responsible to establish, maintain and analyse of global and local business trends, documentation and make suitable recommendations that will facilitate the development of long- term, fact - based strategies and trigger business sustainability.

Your responsibilities include:

• Provide analytical support to the development of organizational strategy by focusing on customer mix and brand insights whilst engaging in the following activities.
• Analyzes the business trends and compares analyses against the service standards and global trends, best practices. Presents findings and implement strategies that will address tactical and strategic goals.
• Prepares routine reports (financial, quality, production,    customer service, operational
• efficiency, market share, etc.). Analyzes trends and recommends adjustments address and/or capitalize on trends.
• Prepare analysis for monthly sales calls, present recommendations to other key counterparts in finance, merchandising, other relevant departments, whilst liaising with the management team as and when required
• Liaise closely with the Business teams and manage, fulfill data requests, thereby building out a “value story” for customers, thus serving as the key contact person for gathering internal data
• Prepare, provide ad hoc pricing analysis reports for management perusal
• Provide guidance, coordinate action plans and follow    up closely    on the effective
• implementation of the business strategies with the relevant business teams, thereby ensuring the timely execution and refinement of the activities.

Qualifications 8t Experience:

• Degree/Diploma in Business Management or related field from a recognized Institute/ University
• 2 years of experience in the related area.
• Qualification in business analyst and project management will be an added    advantage.
• Should be familiar with global changers and new trends
• IT literacy
• Good coordination & communication skills
