Senior Executive - Sales Administration
The Role:
Ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing a total sales performance management system for the company whilst managing the Sales Administration function independently. Key job tasks included recruitment and licensing of General Insurance sales personnel, assign and monitor business/sales budgets, manage incentives / remuneration programmes and assist the management to plan, implement and manage sales promotion campaigns.
The Profile:
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar capacity at a reputed General Insurance Company
- Sound understanding of the General Insurance business
- Qualification in Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage
- Strong and effective communication skills both in Sinhala & English and ability to communicate in
- Tamil would be an added advantage
- Excellent computer literacy
