Executive - Customer Service

Job Responsibilities:

• Communication / coordination with the relevant parties in order to confirm the arrival of shipments and delivery in a timely manner
• Analyse data to make reports for principals and the sales department
• Open/Monitor new jobs by entering data into the Trans Tech system accurately by obtaining information from Principals/air lines/Customer Services department
• Ensure a smooth operation of principals DDU and DDP shipments by close follow ups and coordination with CHA/Local Authorities/Consignees

Candidate Profile:

• A minimum of 3 passes at the G.C.E. A/L examination
• 6 passes at the G.C.E. O/L examination with Credit passes for Mathematics and English
• Bachelors Degree or an equivalent professional qualification in Logistics
• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience
• Good command of the English language
