Sales & Marketing Manager - Furniture

The candidate should ideally have:

• More than 7 years experience in a similar capacity in the Furniture Industry
• Experience in Furniture Manufacturing will be an added advantage
• Excellent PR skills with positive approach towards work
• Excellent negotiating and problem solving skills
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage sales and marketing budgets and ensure allocated budget targets are achieved
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies with existing and potential customer base
• Develop and coordinate sales cycle and ensure good customer relationship and customer retention
• Manage and provide direction to subordinates on their job functions, while training them to ensure that they fully understand their job responsibilities to develop sales
