SAP Controller (Executive Category)

Accountabilities:
You will be required to facilitate the effective use of the SAP system in the organization, whilst monitoring and guiding SAP users in order to ensure adherence to guidelines and thereby supporting the achievement of organizational objectives.

Your responsibilities include:

• Studying the operational processes in the organization in order to ensure it is aligned with the process in the SAP system.
• Identify and implement effective KPIs, controls and procedures in order to ensure accuracy, reliability and effectiveness of the SAP system whilst mitigating risk to the business
• Act as the point person between the SAP support team and SAP power users, in order to communicate new requirements/assist in solving day to day issues.
• Run and analyze SAP reports v/hilst identifying loopholes and suggest recommendations to further improve the system.
• Monitor KPIs and follow up in order to ensure guidelines are adhered to and KPIs are achieved, v/hilst generate reports with regards to KPIs and rectifying issues.
• Involve in stock counts so as to facilitate accurate and independent judgment, whilst assisting in reconciling reports.
• Conduct training and awareness programs for new SAP users, in order to ensure required knov/ledge is available to cany out duties.
• Work closely with the business in order to solve day to day issues and to improve the effectiveness, efficiency and robustness of the systems.

Qualifications 8t Experience:

• Degree in Finance from a recognized institute and/or part qualifications in CIMA or Any Professional qualification in IT.
• Working knov/ledge on SAP system or any other ERP system will be required.
• Go-getter personality with effective communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills with prior experience of working in a team.
• IT literacy.
