We are looking for a Call Centre Executive, to join our dynamic team.
Executive Billing Operations
Job Profile:
- Switch, meditation and billing system related CDR reconciliations
- Monitor CDR rating process; analysis of CDRs and handle issues on exceptions identified
- Compliance with Internal controls
- Respond to all types of internal and external customer issues / inquiries
- Ensure billing related system configurations and parameters updated timely and accurately
- Handle billing related operational tasks
- Analysis of subscriber data, identify mismatches and abnormalities in data and report on findings
- Customer and service related invoice reconciliations
Candidates Profile:
- Full or part qualification in IT / Engineering / Statistics or equivalent
- Hands on experience in SQL and Databases
- Knowledge in programming languages and billing operational functions will be an added advantage
