Customer Support Executive

Job Profile:

  • Coordinate functions of the division to meet deadlines with set plans
  • Prepare service team reports and attend to divisional correspondence and events
  • Prepare schedules and follow up 
  • Executive corporate breakdowns on time while ensuring the customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Dynamic team player with good organising and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to be result-oriented and to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Should be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent knowledge of English with good telephone etiquette and computer literacy are vital requirements
  • Professional qualification in technical knowledge and competent in three languages will be an added advantage
