Assistant Manager Marketing
Job Role:
You will be responsible for all aspects of marketing. You should be able to "sense" 'customer needs and find ways to address the min a commercial way and have the ability to design and execute tactics to achieve the strategic objectives. You will be responsible for ensuring appropriate customer understanding, strategy development, brand equity management, media management, marketing operations and corporate & institutional relations. You ill also need to take the lead to ensure that the team is properly trained and educated on all areas related to their specific job including product knowledge, communication skills, customer service skills and entrepreneur skills.
Person:
- A Bachelor's Degree or a professional qualification in Marketing / Business Management
- 3 years' experience in Marketing
- Experience in healthcare / pharmaceutical industry would be an added advantage
- Excellent communication skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office applications
- Must be a self-starter, with a positive attitude
- Interpersonal & Entrepreneurial skills
