Assistant Manager (HR & Administration)

The ideal candidate should:

  • Be a degree holder or a preferably A/L qualified person of a recognised profesional body
  • Have at least 3 year' experience in HR field
  • Be able to identify, analyse, plan and coordinate / conduct staff training & development
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, influence and train and motivate Nawaloka Team
  • Possess high level of commitment, integrity and adaptability with good IT skills
  • Be around 35 years of age
