Customer Solution Providers
Your Task:
- Handle all inbound phone calls, screen and direct calls to appropriate departments / individuals in a professional manner
- Respond to inquiries and resolve complaints of customers and the public promptly
- Ensure timely escalation of unresolved queries / complaints
You Must Be:
- Three passes at G.C.E. A/L and be below 23 years of age
- Possess pleasant and friendly mannerism
- Ability to comprehend, capture as well as interpret basic customer information
- Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to serving customers
- Possess a sound knowledge of telephone etiquette
- Be computer literate
- Previous work experience in a banking environment would be an added advantage
