Executives - Call Centre Operations

Location: Gampaha Branch

We seek young, positive minded individuals with good communication skills (Sinhala & English) to be part of our dynamic team of call centre operations. Ideal candidates are required to provide accurate information to customers and follow up on customer queries with utmost customer care. Selected candidates may be required to work on shift basis.

You should possess the following requirements:

  • G.C.E. A/L
  • Good communication and listening skills
  • Ability to work in a team to achieve customer satisfaction
  • Qualifications in Marketing, Communications or Customer Relationship Management would be an added advantage
  • Preferably priori exposure to a call centre operations
  • Perfect telephone etiquette
  • Age below 35 years
