Front Office Coordinator
Requirements:
- G.C.E. A/L qualifications
- Previous experience as a guest relations officer will be an added advantage
- Excellent command of the English language with written and oral
- Energetic, Friendly and Outgoing personality
- Excellent Telephone Manners and Interpersonal Skills
- Computer Literacy - MS Word / Excel / PowerPoint
Job Role:
- Effective handling of all incoming and outgoing calls
- Receive, inform, guide visitors including coordination with employees
- Responsible for maintenance and upkeep of front office
- Ensure receipt & distribution of letters, magazines and newspapers for the building and ensure display of the latest version
