We are currently looking for a dynamic individual to work as a:

Front Office Coordinator

Requirements:

  • G.C.E. A/L qualifications
  • Previous experience as a guest relations officer will be an added advantage
  • Excellent command of the English language with written and oral
  • Energetic, Friendly and Outgoing personality
  • Excellent Telephone Manners and Interpersonal Skills
  • Computer Literacy - MS Word / Excel / PowerPoint

Job Role:

  • Effective handling of all incoming and outgoing calls
  • Receive, inform, guide visitors including coordination with employees
  • Responsible for maintenance and upkeep of front office
  • Ensure receipt & distribution of letters, magazines and newspapers for the building and ensure display of the latest version
