Delmage Group is positioning to be one of the leading conglomerates in Sri Lanka and is looking for a dynamic individual to join with us in following position to strengthen our Group HR team.

Junior Executive - HR

The Role:

  • Responsible for maintaining up-to-date manual/HRIS personal filing & record system
  • Coordinate probation employee evaluation process & ensure timely completion of evaluations / progress reports as per normal schedule
  • Manage employee exist process and documentation
  • Prepare & issue letters of appointments, contract appointment letters & contract renewals
  • Follow up contract renewals / confirmations / increments and close them on time
  • Ensure timely registration of employees with EPF & maintain "B" card records
  • Coordinate with Payroll Division for monthly salary input data
  • HRIS Record updating

The Individual:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management and/or equivalent professional qualification
  • Minimum 1 year post qualifying experience preferably in a group of companies
  • Sound knowledge in HR Practices, Labour Laws, HRIS
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work as a team, creativity PR skills (Ability to get on with all levels), Time Management
  • IT Literacy and Analytical skills
