Banking Assistants / Trainee Banking Assistants

Locations: All Island

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effective engage with the branch activities in order to offer an exceptional service for customers
  • Works as a team member under the supervision of Branch Manager
  • Assist the bank in marketing its products and services through cross selling
  • Proficiency engage in branch related operational work in order to achieve sustainability
  • Ensure bank's secrecy is always maintained
  • Attend to all customer complaints in a professional manner

Experience & Qualification Requirements:

Banking Assistant

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a commercial bank / financial institute
  • A minimum of two passes at the G.C.E. A/L examination excluding General English
  • Passed the G.C.E. O/L examination with two credit (C) passes for Mathematics and English
  • Age below 26 years

Trainee Banking Assistant

  • A minimum of two passes at the G.C.E. A/L examination excluding General English
  • Passed the G.C.E. O/L examination with two credit (C) passes for Mathematics and English
  • Age below 26 years

Key Attributes required:

  • Exceptional command of English language with customer centric attitude
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Ability to multi task
  • Innovative thinking
  • Active team player
  • Good marketing skills
