Human Resources Assistant

The Job:

• Handling on boarding process of the employees
• Updating and maintaining accurate information in the HRIS
• Handling HR services related payments
• Assisting in medical & insurance claiming procedure
• Ordering stationary requirements of the department
• Maintaining attendance & leave records
• Preparing reports through HRIS
• Maintenance of personal files
• Assisting in Various HR projects

Requirements:

• Full / Part professional qualification in HRM with minimum of one year experience
• Knowledge in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
• Sound PR skills with the ability to work under minimum supervision
• Computer literacy (MS Office package & email)
• Pleasing personality with positive attitude
• Age below 25 years
