School leavers who are seeking permanent employment with the aim of progressing to managerial positions are encourage to apply.

The ideal candidate will be between 20-25 years of age, having obtained good results in the G. C. E. Ordinary and Advanced Level Examination, and possess a good command of Sinhala or Tamil and English languages.

The candidates should preferably report to work from Bambalapitiya, Kollupitiya, Ratmalana, Maharagama, Malabe, Rajagiriya, Nugegoda, Moratuwa, Panadura, Wattala, Ja-Ela, Kelaniya and Kiribathgoda.
