With this in mind, we are on the lookout for exceptional, versatile and result oriented individual, to hold the following post.

Branch Managers (Nittambuwa & Ja-Ela Branches)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive and initiate business plans to achieve set goals of the Branch,
  • To motivate the Branch staff to achieve sales, collections and business targets of the Branch,
  • To communicate & negotiate effectively in order to build a positive image in the minds of customers.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Possess at least Eight (08) years experience in Banking & Financial industry, preferably in Sales & Marketing out of which Two (2) years should be in a similar capacity,
  • Degree and/or Professional Qualifications (full/part) in Sales & Marketing, Banking & Finance, Credit Management or Accounting Finance would be an added advantage.
  • Age below 45 years
