Receptionist cum Telephone Operator

The Role:

• The ideal female candidate should be below 35 years
• G.C.E. A/L & O/L (Should have a Distinction / Credit pass for English language)
• Should possess an outgoing personality and equipped with excellent communication and presentation skills to operate efficiently and effectively
• Pleasant personality and good telephone etiquette
• Provides high level administrative and secretarial support by handling confidential information and proper communication, documentation for various requirements and performing regular functions minutes, receiving visitors, scheduling meetings such as handling correspondence, keeping minutes, receiving visitors, scheduling meetings etc
• Maintenance professional appearance and demeanour at all times
• 1 year's experience in the same field would be an added advantage
