Trainee Web Developer

The Web Developer works with the development team to build and maintain high-end, user-friendly websites. Specific job responsibilities include working with the customer to understand system requirements; creating highly functional and user-friendly websites.

This position may be asked to work on a broad range of products including but not limited to finished intelligence interactive applications, in-house web-based productivity tools, simple or complex custom websites, WordPress websites and online shopping carts. The hours for this position are flexible (core hours), but it may be required to stay late or come in early in order to meet firm deadlines.

  • Share your knowledge and passion for technologies
  • Focus on driving quality in all aspects of development

Expected Key Skills and Experience:

  • Degree related to Information Technology / Computer Science / Software Engineering
  • Knowledge in Web application development in PHP, MySQL
  • Ability to work in highly collaborative team environment
  • Confident with tight schedules and fast development cycles
  • Knowledge in WordPress will be an added advantage
