The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (CA Sri Lanka) is one of the foremost professional organisations in Sri Lanka that supports over 5100 Chartered Accountants and among the largest tertiary education providers in the country with a student population of over 44,000. The institute provides insight and leadership to the accountancy and finance profession both locally and globally.

Currently, we are seeking outstanding result oriented professional with a high level of responsibility, dedication, competence, confidence, drive and adaptability to take over the position indicated below.

Information Officer

Location: Kurunegala Branch

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Planning and organising a tactical marketing plan for the branch in order to achieve target student registrations from the region
• Conceptualise and implement regional promotional activities liaising with the Registrations Division
• Liaise with the Registration Division and properly maintain branch stocks and sale of publications
• Provide accurate information on the programmes conducted by the institute for inquiries received
• Submission of weekly progress report on the branch performance
• Proper management and control of branch expenditure to be in line with the approved budget

Qualifications & Experience Required:

• Should be Graduate of a recognised university
• Qualification in Marketing not less than for 6 months would be advantageous
• Minimum of 2 years' working experience involved in marketing activities
• Excellent oral and written communications skills together with sound IT skills
• Ability to work under minimum supervision
• Preference will be given to Male candidates residing with Kurunegala city limits
• Age preferably below 35 years
