Intern - Employee Wellbeing

Location: Colombo

Key Responsibilities:

• Overall coordination & administrative facilitation of the wellbeing process as per the organisational requirement
• Undertaking employee awareness & training programmes at business unit level
• Collect, categorise, analyse & maintain regular updates on Wellbeing Indicators & Wellbeing Data
• Ensure the documentation of all processes, events, engagement to make the business case of employee wellbeing process of Hirdaramani
• Manage mini wellbeing projects at business unit level as per the requirement

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree or should be in the final year of a degree programme in a related field of discipline (Science stream is preferred)
• Skills in database management would be an added advantage

Candidates Should:

• Have excellent interpersonal skills
• Have excellent facilitation skills (especially in Sinhala & Tamil languages)
• Be able to Travel extensively to the business units around the country
• Be a good team player and work under minimum supervision
• Be self motivated
• Able to manage multiple tasks
