Customer Service Officer (Male)

Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an outgoing personality
  • Ability to offer exceptional customer service
  • A good team player
  • Ability to multi task & work extended hours if and when necessary
  • Well versed in telephone etiquette
  • Sound knowledge in MS Office package

Qualifications:

  • School leavers preferred
  • G.C.E. A/L and Diploma in Marketing / Customer Service from a recognised institute will be an added advantage
  • Experience in relevant field would be advantageous
