HR Executive
Responsibilities:
- Support the recruitment process
- Monitor Time attendance on a daily basis
- Maintain and update the HRIS
- Support payroll process
- Monitor KPIs and Performance Management System
- Coordinate Training and Development as per the Training Calendar
- Follow up on EPF ETF documentation and statutory formalities
Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in HRM from a recognised institution
- IT literacy and Good communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and positive attitude
- Exposure to KPIs and Performance Management Systems in a reputed company would be a definite advantage
- Minimum of two years experience in similar capacity
