Locations: Rajagiriya / Colombo (Union Place) Kochchikade / Chilaw / Kurunegala / Rathnapura / Kandy / Galle
We are looking for young and energetic individuals with a "Can Do" attitude to be a part of the LOLC Group. Should be team player who possess strong interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure with employees at all levels.
The Job:
The role of a Customer Relationships Officer is to be proactive and provide a warm and efficient service to our valued clients by always surviving to exceed their expectation at all times. Each Customer Relationship Officers will be a part of a highly motivated team who is dedicated to achieving the above objectives. The selected candidates will be assigned to assist the customers with inquiries & complaints and will be allocated to specific LOLC Finance Branch Locations.
The Person:
- School leavers and should have passed G.C.E. O/L in one sitting
- Reside at close proximity to one of the above listed locations
- Computer literacy would be an added advantage
- Excellent command in English and excellent interpersonal skills is a must
