Junior Executive / Executive - Call Centre
Location: Head Office
The ideal candidates should possess the following prerequisites:
- G.C.E. A/L
- Minimum of one year's experience in relevant field
- Capable of handling incoming telephone enquiries, issues or complaints from customers
- Ability to work closely with team members to optimise efficiency and productivity
Possession of following attributes will be advantageous:
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in all three languages would be an added advantage (English, Sinhala & Tamil)
- Positive attitude and willingness to work for extra mile to achieve set targets
