ELSTEEL is an internationally reputed company manufacturing Low Voltage Type Tested Modular Enclosure systems. Due to expansion of the business, we are in urgent need of suitable candidates for immediate recruitment.

Customer Relations Officer (Sales Department)

This role would be suitable for an experienced customer relations officer, preferably someone who has previously worked in an electrical company.

Job Profile Includes:

• Respond to internal and external enquiries via email, phone etc
• Manage customer order entires and follow up with customers
• Manage and update client accounts

The successful candidate will also have:

• Fluency in English oral and written
• A warm, approachable manner and excellent telephone skills
• At least two years experience in a similar position (experience in electrical field is not a must)
• Extensive experience using MS Office software
• Experience using ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics Nav) would be an added qualification
