As part of the NDB Family, you will add value to the fast growing branch network by increasing the customer base by identifying potential clients who could obtain the Bank's diversified services. Thus, you will be visiting customers, developing relationships and bringing in business to the Bank.
- Be below 22 years of age
- Possess 3 passes at G.C.E. A/L
- Have a flair for sales and an outgoing, energetic personality
- Good communication (English / Sinhala / Tamil), negotiation and persuasion skills
- Be a result oriented, committed team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Be willing to work under pressure
- A track record of special achievements in sports and extra - curricular activities will be an added advantage
- The selected candidates will receive incentivised payments when targets are met in addition to a fixed payment
