The Nestle Management Trainee Programme

The Nestle Management Trainee Programme is a reputable programme of extensive grooming during the course of 15-18 months. Candidates will gain exposure to all functions through stimulating and challenging work assignments and on-the-job training. Upon successful completion, the candidates will be placed in a department where their skills and areas of expertise will allow them to create value and chase potential.
