IT Support Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Install & maintain hardware & software
• Administer Servers, PCs, Laptops, Printers, Routers & Switches
• Maintain existing software, hardware & upgrade any that have become obsolete
• Monitor computer systems & networks
• Network administration (backup, user account management, email configuration)

Personal Profile:

• A male below 25 years
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong team player
• Willing to work extra hours

Educational & Professional Qualifications:

• Diploma / higher Diploma in IT or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 2 years' experience in similar capacity
