IT Support Executive

Location: Kandy Region

Job Responsibilities:

• Attending to breakdowns and equipment servicing activities
• Carrying out computer and accessory repair tasks
• Monitoring resource usage and reporting to the next upper level
• Maintaining resource usage and reporting to the next upper level
• Maintaining procedures and necessary documentation
• Training and managing IT Support Assistants and Technical Assistants on their duties

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Work on a shift roster covering weekends and mercantile holidays
• May have to work extra hours in case of an emergency
• Requires traveling island wide to deliver services
