Revenue Executives

The selected candidates would be in charge of acquiring and managing travel agents and attending to guest inquiries to ensure a consistent and high revenue streams, profitability as well as customer satisfaction and retention.

Core responsibilities will include:

• Replying all reservation inquiries via the web by quoting the appropriate rates according to guest requests.
• Follow up on air port transfers (pick up and drop)
• Follow up generated business with the Accounts Department.
• Follow-up due payments with the agents.
• Explore new avenues to generate higher revenue to the Hotel.

The ideal candidates should:

• have a minimum of two years experience in a similar capacity in a reputed Hotel.
• be able to communicate effectively in English.
• possess the ability to work with figures with an analytical mind.
• be computer literate and methodical.
• be familiar with Opera / Taurus / Sun Management systems.
• be willing to work extended hours when required.
