With further expansions in the appliance division, we seek to recruit a dynamic & hardworking individual as a Management Trainee from the above area.

Upon successful completion of the training period, based on individual performance, he will be placed as an Area Manager with an attractive remuneration package.

Management Trainee

Location: Gampaha

Selected candidate shall be required to:

• arrange product display in showrooms
• train and develop sales staff
• visit showrooms & coordinate with warehouses for appliance requirements
• organise promotional campaigns & develop sales

Applicant should possess:

• a degree or part qualification in CIM/SLIM or equivalent
• good communication, coordination and PR skills
• willingness to work long hours and commitment to achieve targets

Applicant should be a male below 30 years of age and be a permanent resident within 20km from the above area.

Total earnings within the training period will not be less than Rs.50,000/- pm
