Manager Marketing

Job Profile:

• Deliver overall strategic value to stakeholders of the Institute to sustain our leadership position in the HR discipline through well-focused marketing operations from planning to "making it happen".
• Conceptualizing and implementing brand communication strategies to promote member services, study programmes, seminars and workshops and other special events offered by the Institute.
• Co-ordinating with advertising and PR agencies and other suppliers that support the marketing effort with emphasis on brand equity throughout the island.
• Plan and implement business savvy category marketing initiatives to secure market share and revenue growth.
• Leading, motivating and synergizing team to achieve the key deliverables of the core marketing functions.
• Should be able to liaise with the various clusters/functional groups in particular, for the diligent execution of the Institute's flagship event, the National Conference as well as other significant events held each year.

Qualifications and Marketing Experience:

• Minimum 03 years' experience in a similar capacity/position.
• Professional qualification such as a Diploma/Degree in Marketing from a recognized University/Institution. 
• SLIM/CIM Membership would be distinct advantage.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• A proven track-record of being a dynamic result oriented go-getter.
• An outgoing personality and a team player.
• Effective ability with IT/Computer skills.

Remuneration for the above position is negotiable and will commensurate with qualifications and experience.
