Delmege Recruitment Services, a member of Delmege Services Cluster is an established Manpower Recruitment Company in Sri Lanka, which is mainly involved in overseas manpower placement and handles agency matters and provide necessary support services. With currently expanding scale of operations, we are looking for a dynamic individual to join with us to strengthen our team.
Executive - Recruitment Services
The Role:
- Handle overseas inquiries regarding recruitment services
- Generate new recruitment clientele both foreign and local and expand on existing portfolio
- Be willing to undertake visits to local clients for both local recruitment and Delmege Academy promotion
- Handle sourcing process for recruitment campaigns
- To handle the recruitment, selection and placement process of candidates for international / local clients
- Coordinate with Foreign clients very closely and address their all recruitment needs
- Get involved in other programmes / workshops / trainings conducted by Delmege Academy
The Individual:
- Full or Part qualification in Human Resources Management, preferably specialised in recruitment
- 1-2 years working experience in a similar job role
- Hands on experience in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Self-starter with good interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work long hours when required to do so is mandatory
- Age between 22-28 years
