Training Coordinator - HR

We are looking for an enthusiastic Training Coordinator (HR Department) who will lead our retail employee training initiatives.

You will:

• Coordinate training meetings for (externally developed) online courses
• Design and present training courses for retail staff (communication, sales, management)
• Evaluate training needs and progress of trainees

You must have:

• At least 1-2 years of work experience in a similar training of presentation role
• A diploma or degree in HR or Training
• Good working knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
• Good level of Sinhala and English oral and written communication
• Enthusiasm, Confidence and Initiative
