Executive - Human Resources

Heycarb seeks a dynamic, hardworking young individual to assist in executing the Human Resources Management and Development function in our Company, under the guidance of Head of HR.

You would possess a Degree from a recognised institution in the field of HR or a Professional Qualification in HR, from IPM / MIBM. At least one year's experience in Human Resources Management or Development at a reputed manufacturing institution, would be an advantage. Proficiency in use of computer software packages including MS Office is a prerequisite.

You would possess high interpersonal and analytical skills and ability to work well in both team-oriented and self-direction environments.
