We have emerged as a well established and leading group of companies engaged in the healthcare industry. We are seeking a committed and dedicated individual to fill the undermentioned position at our Medical Centres & Laboratory services centres.

Human Resources Executive

Responsible for all Human Resources operations & development at Kiribathgoda, Battaramulla, Ja-Ela & Panadura Medical Centre and Laboratory Service Centres.

The ideal candidate should be:

• Be a degree holder or professionally qualified person of a recognised professional body
• Have at least 3 years' experience in HR Field and 2 years experience in Executive level
• Be able to identify, analyse, Plan and coordinate / conduct staff training & development
• Have excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, influence and train and motivate the Medical centre team
• Possess high level of commitment, integrity and adaptability with good IT skills
• Living in Colombo area will be preferred
