Officer - Group Human Resources
Reporting to - Senior Executive - Group Human Resources
Principal Responsibilities:
- To ensure smooth operation of Employee dynamics process while maintaining confidentiality and strictly adherence to stipulated timelines
- Monitoring and execution of the employment dynamic processes of Dialog Group employees with regard to Renewal of contracts, confirmation of appointments, extension of probations, regularisations, re-designations, promotion confirmations, absorbing to permanent cadre, confirmation on promotions and regularisations, transfers, resignations and secondments
- Preparing and distributing documentation and updating HCM System with regard to same
- HR verification documents and generating monthly reports
- Preparing and distributing HR verification documents on the requirements of external institutions
- Liaising with EPF/ETF on all matters pertaining to DAP employees and assist employees with such claims
- Printing and distributing of promotion letters on time
- Other employee related operational activities as and when required
Person Specification:
- Diploma / Certificate or relevant professional qualification in Human Resources Management
- Computer / IT literacy
- 1 year of work experience in similar capacity
- Should possess good communication skills
