Warehouse In Charge

This division is an integral link between the Centralised Inspection Facility and the Logistics Department. This position is essential for the smooth operation of the Centralised Warehouse of our group of garment factories and for the maintenance of high standards expected by the reputed buyers. You should possess a good knowledge and work experience in handling of GOH & Flat pack cargo, Cargo storage and Warehousing procedures, Preparation of shipments against PO’s and keeping accurate records of daily receiving and dispatch of cargos. In addition, you will be required to follow up timely receipts of finished garments from the provincial factories liaising with logistics department and with the centralized inspection facility. Possession of a basic knowledge of M&S and C&A shipping procedures would be an added advantage.

You will be required to work under pressure with minimal supervision and for long hours as and when required and should possess the ability to utilize the existing resources and capacity to the optimum level dealing with the warehouse operations to meet the shipment requirements and deadlines.

The candidate would preferably have at least 2 years experience in a similar capacity in a reputed apparel industry and should possess a sound educational background with computer literacy, good organizational, communication, time management skills and an in-depth understanding of the overall business and customer requirements. Possession of a degree or professional qualification in the relevant field will be an added advantage.
