Accounts Clerk - Receivable (Overseas)

The ideal candidate should be below 30 years of age and possess a part qualification from AAT. A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar capacity in the Hotel industry is essential to perform this role. Previous experience in accounts payable in other related areas is required. Computer literacy, sound knowledge of MS Office and ability to work within a team are key competencies sought. Candidates with prior exposure to Opera / Oracle software are preferred.

Main duties and responsibilities include:

• Accurately invoicing for Credit / Non-Credit travel agents in a timely manner
• Coordinating with the travel agents and ensuring debts collections are carried out
• Performing proper application of the receipts to the corresponding invoices
• Preparing Credit / Debit notes as required
• Performing credit card settlements on a daily basis
