Associate - Human Resources (Overseas)

  • Engage in the recruitment process when a need arises by following the process laid down by Advantis Group HR
  • Overlook the smooth functioning of HR Information System through effective and efficient supervision and maintenance in order to ensure employee information is accurate and up to date
  • Manage the Time & Attendance (T&A) system by attending to technical failures of same by ensuring timely reports on employee attendance in order to arrange the necessary payments to subcontractors of employees
  • Maintain the employee database by updating recruitments, resignations, transfers, promotions and any other employee status updates in a timely manner
  • Ensure necessary training for staff are provided by identifying the required training need along with department heads, organising relevant training programmes and coordinating with Advantis Group HR
  • Manage the performance management system in the company by giving the relevant awareness and driving the system through effective follow ups thereby ensuring the effective implementation of performance management system in the company

Candidate Profile:

  • 3 Passes at the G.C.E. A/L
  • Bachelor's degree in Management / HRM or related field or similar professional qualification
  • 3 Year's work experience in a similar function
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Computer literacy
  • Ability to communicate and act proactively
